Requirements:

The benefit of a Partnership with Hardrick & Hilson Trucking Company :
You’ll be given the tools and resources to help you grow your own business. You’ll receive dispatching services, and the opportunity to have dedicated lanes. Company fuel cards are available, In house Brokers. Time with the Family. You’ll also receive copies of all rate sheets. So you’ll always know what your pay will be.
You will have the option to renegotiate your yearly contract annually.( Owner operators). Company drivers are eligible to receive bonuses and other incentives. We show our appreciation to our team. Company drivers can earn up to 25-35 % of their weekly gross. Which can increase by your quality of work ethnics. Owner operators can keep up to 70-85% of their weekly gross, depending on the contract agreement you choose for your business.
